Breakfast should be included in the room rate.

Comfortable bed, nice staff and a perfect location.

The room was not really clean. Hair in the shower from previous guests and floor with stains.

The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet there offered everything your heart desires.

The breakfast is rich with lots of food. The rooms are neat and the staff are attentive. The location is brilliant in a nice quiet area, next to bars, the centre, and the Leidseplein. The restaurant is located within 500 metres.

The hotel was renovated in terms of facilities, bar, breakfast room and rooms. Very nice, pleasant, polite and comfortable, gladly again.

The hotel's modern ambiance and spacious layout made navigating easy, which I appreciated. Being close to major museums felt good, like strolling through an art gallery every time I stepped outside.

Bathroom space needs improvement for seniors.

The nh Amsterdam Leidseplein provides a modern atmosphere with clean, spacious rooms that enhance productivity during business trips. The location is superb, situated within walking distance of key museums and transportation options, allowing efficient access around the city. The staff were attentive and efficiently assisted with my business needs, such as setting up meeting equipment, which streamlined my stay.

Staff leaves dirty dishes from the rooms for hours in the hallway, the empty battery in the room safe was not exchanged despite notice, room smelled like snack bar - window was only a crack open, front desk occupied - long waiting possible

I loved that it was just a 10-minute walk to the Rijksmuseum and an easy stroll to the beautiful Vondelpark, making it perfect for my weekend explorations around the city.
